Mission Statement
Our Mission here at Sharp as an Errol Career Institute is to produce well trained entry‐level truck drivers. We want to help students achieve employment in the trucking industry by providing them with the necessary teaching and experiences that will help them to transition into gainful employment in their respective fields.
September of 2017 I started a job in retail, and I started hating it by about October of 2017. I hated that job, and every day I dreaded going to it. Not to mention I was far from where I should have been financially. February 2019 is when I started SAAE Barber School and my career finally started to go in the direction I wanted it to be going; becoming a licensed barber. September of 2019 I graduated SAAE Barber School, quit my job in retail, and I’m now working a “job” that I love and look forward to every day. After attending this school I know that I could not have possibly gone to a better one. Errol is the most helpful, knowledgeable, and motivated barber I’ve ever met. If you are considering, or have considered in the past going to barber school, GO TO THIS SCHOOL. You will NOT regret it!
Sharp as an Errol barber school changed my life in more ways than I ever thought it could. First and foremost it gave me the opportunity to use a passion that I have as a career. Errol and Bianca have elevated my barbering ability far beyond what I thought it ever could be! There’s truly not a better barber school in the state. The school also taught me more than barbering, it’s taught me a lot about life and that hard work pays off! It’s shown me that just because you don’t have the same bloodline doesn’t mean you’re not family! Enrolling in Sharp As An Errol was the single best decision I’ve made in my 26 years of existence, so if you wanna be a top tier barber with a top tier team and learn from the best instructors in the business Sharp As An Errol is for you!!

I’m so glad I chose to come to Sharp as an Errol Barber School. I did my research on Errol and his approach to cutting and was super impressed. If you look at his work and his approach and passion towards this industry like I did then you’ll easily see that he is one of the best out there. Not just the best in West Virginia or the best in our area, but one of the best anywhere. So to have an opportunity to learn from him and watch him work, watch what he does, to have him teach and critique you and help you grow as a barber, there was no doubt I was going to take full advantage of that. I now consider him a mentor and friend and someone I can always count on if I need help! A very sincere thank you for being more than just a school, more than just an instructor, more than just a dope ass Barber, simply put all of it was more than I could have asked for!
